Matthew Jones Advanced Production: Ancillary DIGIPACK

Our digipack will be printed on think card because it's more environmentally friendly and much cheaper. The cd case itself will feature 3 different panels. The front cover being panel 1, back cover being panel 2, and the inside is a panorama shot of the band, being panel 3. There will be 2 slots inside the cd cover which will be for the CD (slot right) and the pullout (slot left). As there is no snap case for the cd, the panorama shot will be completely visible and none of it will be covered by the cd or the cd slot.
The booklet will be a 3 panel booklet, the front band picture being panel 1, the back logo being panel 2, and the inside lyrics being panel 3. We decided to keep the font style the same for the whole album as the hardcore and metal genre have quite complicated writing with flicks and decorations (serif).
The text on the front cover reads the album name (top right) and the bands name (bottom middle) so that people can easily see it on the shelf of a store.
The back cover has the tracks on the album and reviews, in a non complicated serif font, so customers with reading difficulties can easily see the writing (sans serif text).
The inside booklet has thanks from the band to sponsors and treehouse studios.
